GENERAL INFORMATION
A Real Groovy website customer account provides a secure and convenient way to facilitate shopping on our website. You will also need a customer account to use any of our personalised functionality, such as Secondhand Music Faves or Wish List.
 
You can view products, and add items to a shopping cart without an account. Once you decide to purchase items in your shopping cart, you simply need to click on the "Secure Checkout" link (top left of page), at which point new customers can create a customer account before proceeding.
 
Of course you can create a new account without placing an order - just click on "Your Account" at the top of this web page and follow the "create a new customer account" link. When the time comes to place an order, you will be set to go.
 

The Real Groovy website makes extensive use of web browser cookies - if you are experiencing problems, check your browser configuration to ensure that it will accept cookies from our website.

CREATING A NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
When creating your account, you will be asked to provide the following information:

Personal name and contact details
Billing address
Real Groovy Club membership card number and code (optional)

When you are ready to place an order, this information will be included in the appropriate checkout forms, speeding up your progression through the process. You will also be asked to provide delivery and payment details.

MODIFYING YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Your customer account provides information that allows us to keep you informed of any orders you have with us. If you are signed up to receive Real Groovy announcements, it also allows us to keep you informed of what is going on at Real Groovy, including product information and promotions. It is therefore important that your customer account details are current.
 

Keeping your customer account up to date is easy - just click on the "Your Account" link at the top of the page.

LOGGING IN AND OUT
You do not need to be logged in to view product on our website, or place items into your shopping cart. You will need to login before performing any personalised tasks, such as using secondhand music faves, wish list, tracking orders, placing new orders, or modifying your account. Each customer is uniquely identified by the email address they use for their customer account, so to login you will need to provide your email address and password. If you forget your password, you can
request a password reminder here.

"WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDER HISTORY?"
You can view your order history, and the status of current orders, by clicking on the "Check Order" link at the top of this web page. You will be redirected to login if you are not already. Once logged in, a list of all your current and previous orders will be listed. Click on an order to see the individual order details.
