In this hilarious HBO comedy series from executive producers including Will Ferrell, Kenny Powers, a washed-up former Major League Baseball star, is forced to return to his hometown to teach P.E. at his old middle school. A star pitchers self-destructive behaviour knocks him out of major league baseball and back home to North Carolina, where he ends up teaching gym at the middle school he once attended while preparing for his triumphant return to the big leagues.
