The Colony is an experiment that simulates a post-apocalyptic world in which ten volunteers (colonists) are tasked with rebuilding everything they will need to live using only the supplies they scavenge from their environment. For ten weeks theyll be isolated with no electricity from the grid, no running water and no communication with the outside world.

All they'll have to work with are their skills, the tools and supplies inside an abandoned factory and whatever they can scavenge at a handful of cordoned off locations. As part of the experiment, an outside gang of looters and thugs will challenge the colonists resources and security. Can they build a water filtration system, a solar cooker, a shower system and other necessities under the psychological stress of no contact with the outside world?
